Refund Policy
- Returns & Refund : You have a flexible, no-questions-asked return window of 15 days for all accessories. Except those that are customized with monogram or those that require hygiene and health regulations. (E.g.: coffee mugs) We trust that you will return the product brand new, in its original state with no damage or loss to the product components or packaging.
- Refunds on cancellations and returns will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Warranty : Every purchase at DW Walkers is covered by a 12 months manufacturing warranty. We're undoubtedly available for support if you require any assistance on your accessory after 12 months. Write to us at unixyenterprises@gmail.com .
- Shipping : Your standard shipping with us is free. We partner with globally leading logistics partners for your delivery. They usually deliver between 4-7 days pan India. Please co-operate with us during the pandemic as delivery may affect in regions affected.
- Cancellation : If you change your mind with your purchase with us (we hope you would not), you can cancel it with a single request if the product has not left our dispatch center. Write to us at unixyenterprises@gmail.com . If it has, apply for a 15 -day free return.
