Cancel, Return & Exchange Policy

Hey there! We’re thrilled that you’ve got your eye on our awesome products! Just a quick heads-up: if you happen to receive a damaged product due to courier transit or encounter any quality issues, don’t worry – we’re here to help you exchange it for the right one. Simply send us an email at care@dwwalkers.com within 3 days of receiving your product, and we’ll get the process started! Please note that we do not accept cancellations on pre-orders or while the order is in transit.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, please return the product in its original packaging with the tags still attached. This will help speed up the process and ensure you get the perfect replacement. Once we approve the exchange, we’ll handle the pickup and send the new product your way. Just a heads-up, there’s a small Rs. 200 fee for this, but trust us, it’s totally worth it for our quality products!
